How to prevent cashmere sweater shrinkage

The weather is getting warmer and warmer, cashmere sweater can be washed and collected, but cashmere sweater is very "delicate", if the washing method is not proper, easy to shrink deformation. So how do you prevent cashmere sweaters from shrinking?

The trick:

1. When washing cashmere sweaters, try to avoid using the washing machine, should be gently pressed by hand, do not rub, knead, twist.

2. When washing, the water temperature is better than 30℃, the detergent should be neutral or slightly acidic, or directly add some vinegar in the water.

3. After the cashmere sweater is washed, it can be wrapped with dry cloth and pressed out with moisture by hand. It can also be dehydrated by washing machine. It should be noted that cashmere sweaters should be wrapped in cloth before being dehydrated in the washing machine, and the dehydrating time should not exceed 2 minutes.

4. When airing, the cashmere sweater should be put into the washing net and spread out to dry in the ventilated place. Do not hang or be exposed to the sun to avoid the deformation of the cashmere sweater.

If the cashmere sweater shrinks out of shape, it can be heated with a steam iron, and keep a certain distance when heating, and then elongate the shrinking place. In case of local heating, a dry towel should be placed on the relevant part. After heating, try to smooth the cashmere sweater, air dry.

If the shrinkage of the cashmere sweater is particularly serious, the cardboard can be cut according to the size of the cashmere sweater before the shrinkage, and then stuffed into the cashmere sweater, fixed with clips, and then heated with a steam iron to shape.
